Ayuso celebra la suspensión judicial de la sede de la Puerta del Sol como lugar de memoria

La Audiencia Nacional ha suspendido de forma cautelar la declaración de la sede de la Presidencia de la Comunidad de Madrid en la Puerta del Sol como Lugar de Memoria Democrática. Isabel Díaz Ayuso ha aplaudido la decisión judicial que paraliza el plan del Gobierno central.

La Audiencia Nacional ha estimado el recurso de la Comunidad de Madrid y ha ordenado la suspensión cautelar del acuerdo del Ministerio de Política Territorial y Memoria Democrática. Los magistrados consideran que la medida podría dañar la imagen institucional del edificio y afectar sus actividades.

Isabel Díaz Ayuso ha calificado la resolución como una “gran noticia” y ha afirmado que “la Justicia le ha quitado la razón en uno de sus nuevos empeños sectarios”. La presidenta ha reiterado que recurrir constantemente a la memoria “es sectario, falso y propio de gobiernos populistas”.

El Ministerio ha anunciado que recurrirá la decisión. Por su parte, Más Madrid ha criticado la suspensión y ha señalado que lo que daña la imagen institucional es “borrar el pasado”. El procedimiento sigue pendiente de un conflicto de competencias en el Tribunal Constitucional.
