O Ministério anunciou que irá recorrer da decisão. Enquanto isso, o partido Más Madrid criticou a suspensão, declarando que o que realmente prejudica a imagem institucional é “apagar o passado”. O caso permanece pendente de um conflito positivo de competências perante o Tribunal Constitucional.
