La empresaria Carmen Pano declaró hoy ante el juez Santiago Pedraz que la abogada Leticia de la Hoz le ofreció 250.000 euros para que negara haber entregado fondos al PSOE.

Pano, investigada en el caso Hidrocarburos, ratificó que la oferta provenía de "gente del partido" a cambio de retractarse de su declaración sobre la entrega de 90.000 euros en efectivo a la sede de Ferraz en dos ocasiones.

Álvaro Gallego, quien la acompañó en los traslados, también declaró ante el juez y confirmó las reuniones mantenidas con De la Hoz en febrero de 2025 para negociar la versión. Pano solicitó 25.000 euros para la boda de su hija y entre 2.500 y 2.800 euros mensuales para el alquiler, mientras Gallego pidió 15.000 euros para un coche.

Los pagos no se materializaron. Pano declaró finalmente ante el Supremo que había llevado el dinero. Otra testigo declaró por videoconferencia sobre contactos con Leire Díez y Santos Cerdán relacionados con el fiscal José Grinda.
