Grupos de consumidores denuncian a TikTok, Meta y Google por publicidad engañosa

Treinta organizaciones europeas de consumidores han denunciado a TikTok, Meta y Google ante la Comisión Europea por no proteger suficientemente a los usuarios frente a anuncios fraudulentos.

Las organizaciones, que representan a 27 países, sostienen que las plataformas infringen las normas de la DSA. Entre diciembre de 2025 y marzo de 2026, revisaron cerca de 900 anuncios sospechosos de ser estafas.

Solo el 27 por ciento de las denuncias resultaron en la retirada de los anuncios, mientras que el 52 por ciento fueron rechazadas o no recibieron respuesta. Johanna Hållén, secretaria general de Sveriges Konsumenter, señala que muchos anuncios prometen préstamos rápidos o jubilación en dos días.

Hållén espera que se lleve a cabo una revisión por parte de la Autoridad Sueca de Correos y Telecomunicaciones y que la Comisión Europea imponga multas si no se cumplen las normas.
