Jorge Macri anuncia reformas para taxis y apps de viajes en CABA

El jefe de Gobierno porteño presentó un paquete de medidas para modernizar el transporte privado de pasajeros. Los cambios buscan aumentar la seguridad, reducir trámites burocráticos para taxistas y establecer reglas claras para conductores de plataformas como Uber, Cabify y DiDi.

El anuncio se realizó el jueves por la tarde en un encuentro con representantes del Sindicato de Taxistas y de empresas de aplicaciones. Jorge Macri explicó que el sistema anterior acumulaba requisitos absurdos que dejaban a los taxis en desventaja.

Entre las principales modificaciones para taxis se incluyen vehículos de hasta ocho plazas, reducción de la capacidad mínima a cuatro pasajeros y la eliminación de turnos fijos, uso de uniforme y necesidad de escribano para transferencias de licencias. También se digitalizarán las credenciales y se bajarán costos de renovación.

Para las apps de viajes, los conductores deberán tener licencia profesional y más de 21 años. Los vehículos necesitarán VTV vigente y un seguro específico aprobado por la Superintendencia de Seguros de la Nación. Se otorga un plazo de 90 días para adaptarse a las nuevas normas.
