Trasladan al CMO de Maheshwar por el caso del certificado de nacimiento falso de Monalisa

Farman Khan, de Bagpat, Uttar Pradesh, utilizó este documento para casarse con ella en Kerala. Las investigaciones confirmaron que el certificado era falso.

Monalisa nació realmente el 30 de diciembre de 2009 a las 17:50 horas en el Centro de Salud Comunitaria de Maheshwar. El registro indica los nombres de su madre, Latabai, y de su padre, así como que el peso de la bebé fue de 2,100 kg en un parto normal. Latabai declaró que es analfabeta y que una persona desconocida se aprovechó de su desconocimiento para obtener firmas.

El subsecretario Pramod Shukla ordenó el traslado inmediato de Priyank Pandya al Nagar Parishad de Dhamnod, en el distrito de Dhar. El diputado de Khargone-Badwani, Gajendra Patel, describió el hecho como una conspiración de "love jihad" que posiblemente involucra a organizaciones como el PFI.
