Superfinanciera lanza guía digital contra fraudes en Colombia

La Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia publicó una nueva herramienta en su portal web para prevenir estafas financieras. El espacio ofrece información sobre modalidades comunes de fraude y pasos para proteger datos bancarios.

La Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia lanzó el pasado jueves una herramienta digital llamada “Protégete de los fraudes”. Esta ofrece recomendaciones claras sobre estafas como phishing, smishing, vishing, suplantación de identidad y fraude amigable.

El recurso recomienda verificar correos, mensajes y llamadas antes de hacer clic en enlaces. También aconseja usar canales autorizados por bancos, especialmente en fechas de pago o durante eventos como el Mundial de Fútbol.

Si alguien ya es víctima, debe contactar de inmediato a su banco, inactivar productos financieros si es posible y denunciar ante la Policía Nacional a través del CAI Virtual o la Fiscalía General de la Nación. Guardar evidencias como capturas de pantalla es clave.
