Tatlong sistema ng panahon magdadala ng ulan sa karamihan ng bansa

Inaasahan ng karamihan ng mga bahagi ng Pilipinas ang maulan na panahon ngayong linggo dahil sa tatlong sistema ng panahon, ayon sa PAGASA.

Ayon sa PAGASA, ang easterlies ang magiging dominanteng sistema ng panahon sa ilang lugar, habang ang extreme northern Luzon at southern Mindanao ay apektado ng northeast monsoon at intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ).

Makikita ang maulap na kalangitan na may kalat-kalat na ulan at thunderstorm dahil sa easterlies sa Bicol at Eastern Visayas, pati na rin sa mga lalawigan ng Cagayan, Isabela, Aurora, Quezon, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, Palawan, Aklan, Capiz, Dinagat Islands, Surigao del Norte, Surigao del Sur, at Davao Oriental. Ang Batanes naman ay makararanas ng maulap at maulan na panahon dahil sa northeast monsoon.

Sa kabilang banda, inaasahan ang patas na panahon na may tsansa ng rainshowers o thunderstorms dahil sa ITCZ sa SOCCSKSARGEN at BARMM, pati na rin sa Sulu at Davao Occidental. Dahil din sa easterlies, ang Metro Manila at iba pang bahagi ng bansa ay maaaring makaranas ng katulad na kondisyon.

Wala aniyang low-pressure area na namataan sa Philippine area of responsibility. Bukod dito, inaasahan ang moderate to strong winds at coastal waters sa northern at eastern sections ng Luzon, habang light to moderate ang mga ito sa natitirang bahagi ng bansa.
