Tanya Janique Giovanni, qui occupait le poste de directrice adjointe chargée des services administratifs, juridiques et de conformité au sein du district scolaire de Durham, a été inculpée cette semaine. Les procureurs affirment qu'elle a dissimulé la déclaration d'un directeur d'établissement concernant l'incident, empêché un employé de s'entretenir avec les forces de l'ordre et faussement prétendu qu'aucun dossier d'enquête n'existait sur cette affaire.
