Le gouvernement juge l'approvisionnement en gaz sécurisé

Le ministère fédéral de l'Économie ne voit aucune menace pour la sécurité de l'approvisionnement malgré le faible niveau des stocks de gaz. Les niveaux actuels se situent autour de 28 pour cent.

Le secrétaire d'État à l'Économie Frank Wetzel a déclaré, en réponse à une demande des Verts, que l'évaluation de la situation de l'approvisionnement ne repose pas uniquement sur les niveaux de stockage individuels. Il n'y a aucun signe de dysfonctionnement du marché.

Les niveaux de stockage de gaz stagnent depuis des mois dans la fourchette basse de la moyenne pluriannuelle. Les experts doutent que les objectifs légaux de 80 pour cent d'ici le 1er octobre et de 90 pour cent d'ici le 1er novembre puissent être atteints.

La ministre fédérale de l'Économie Katherina Reiche traite la question avec prudence. Cette position s'explique par la crainte que les annonces du gouvernement concernant le remplissage des stocks ne fassent grimper les prix.
