Le gouvernement propose de mettre fin à la concession Autopistas del Café après le contrat de 2027

Le président Gustavo Petro a proposé que la concession Autopistas del Café ne soit pas reconduite après 2027. Cette mesure vise à restituer le contrôle à l'État et potentiellement à supprimer les péages.

Le président Gustavo Petro a déclaré que la concession doit revenir à l'État une fois le contrat actuel arrivé à terme. Il a proposé de racheter la concession restante jusqu'en 2027 ou de prendre en charge les péages via le budget national.

"Ma proposition est que la concession Autopistas del Café ne se poursuive plus après la fin du contrat", a déclaré Petro.

La communauté a entamé des blocages aux péages de Bernardo, Santagueda, Tarapacá 2 et au croisement de Guayabal pour rejeter ces frais. Des représentants locaux tels que Santiago Osorio ont critiqué les projets d'extension envisagés par les groupes commerciaux.

La ministre des Transports, María Fernanda Rojas, a confirmé que les équipes de l'ANI et d'autres ministères tiendront des tables rondes techniques mardi pour dialoguer avec les manifestants.
