Un homme plaide coupable du vol de musique inédite de Beyoncé

Kelvin Evans a plaidé coupable mardi devant un tribunal d'Atlanta des chefs d'accusation liés au vol de disques durs contenant de la musique inédite et des documents de tournée de Beyoncé. Il a accepté une peine de cinq ans, comprenant deux ans de détention suivis d'une mise à l'épreuve. Ce plaidoyer est intervenu au lendemain de l'ouverture de son procès.

Evans faisait face à des accusations d'intrusion criminelle et d'effraction de véhicule avec intention de commettre un vol après avoir dérobé des valises dans une Jeep de location en août 2025. Les objets appartenaient au chorégraphe de Beyoncé, Christopher Grant, et au danseur Diandre Blue, qui se trouvaient à Atlanta avant une étape de la tournée Cowboy Carter de l'artiste. Les procureurs ont présenté des images de surveillance montrant Evans s'emparant des disques durs, qui contenaient de la musique inédite, des listes de titres et des plans de concert. Aucun de ces documents n'a été retrouvé.
