Monreal prévoit que la constitutionnalité de la réforme judiciaire sera déclarée lundi

Ricardo Monreal a annoncé que la réforme judiciaire pourrait être déclarée constitutionnelle la semaine prochaine, suite à son approbation par les congrès des États.

Le député de Morena et coordinateur à San Lázaro, Ricardo Monreal, a déclaré vendredi que les congrès des États ratifieraient les modifications apportées à la réforme judiciaire et à la loi électorale d'ici un ou deux jours.

Monreal a expliqué que la Commission permanente du Congrès émettrait la déclaration de constitutionnalité lundi prochain, étant donné que les chambres ne se réuniront pas la semaine suivante.

Les réformes, qui modifient dix articles constitutionnels et établissent la nullité des élections en cas d'ingérence étrangère, seront publiées au Journal officiel de la Fédération pour entrer en vigueur le jour suivant.

Le législateur a noté que cette réforme judiciaire est la deuxième à laquelle le pouvoir judiciaire est confronté après les élections de juin 2025.
