Monreal prevê constitucionalidade da reforma judicial na segunda-feira

Ricardo Monreal anunciou que a reforma judicial poderá ser declarada constitucional na próxima semana após a aprovação pelos congressos estaduais.

O deputado e coordenador do Morena em San Lázaro, Ricardo Monreal, afirmou na sexta-feira que os congressos estaduais ratificarão as mudanças na reforma judicial e na lei eleitoral dentro de um ou dois dias. Monreal explicou que a Comissão Permanente do Congresso emitirá a declaração de constitucionalidade na próxima segunda-feira, uma vez que as câmaras não se reunirão na semana seguinte. As reformas, que alteram dez artigos constitucionais e estabelecem a nulidade de eleições devido a interferência estrangeira, serão publicadas no Diário Oficial da Federação para entrar em vigor no dia seguinte. O legislador observou que a reforma judicial é a segunda enfrentada pelo Poder Judiciário após as eleições de junho de 2025.
