Oposição chilena debate levar megarreforma de Kast ao Tribunal Constitucional

Presidentes de partidos de oposição reuniram-se na segunda-feira na sede do Partido Socialista para discutir uma possível contestação no Tribunal Constitucional contra a megarreforma do presidente José Antonio Kast.

A reunião abordou os riscos e oportunidades de contestar a iniciativa, que inclui a invariabilidade fiscal de 25 anos. Os participantes concordaram que qualquer ação deve ocorrer após o encerramento da tramitação do projeto no Congresso.

O Partido Socialista enfatizou a necessidade de argumentos sólidos, enquanto a Frente Amplio propôs a inclusão de questões ambientais. O PPD sugeriu questionar também os cortes na saúde.

Os presidentes dos partidos de oposição se reunirão novamente na próxima segunda-feira para decidir se darão prosseguimento ao recurso no TC. Lautaro Carmona, presidente do Partido Comunista, observou que a decisão será tomada em conjunto.
