Monreal prevé constitucionalidad de reforma judicial el lunes

Ricardo Monreal anunció que la reforma al Poder Judicial podría declararse constitucional la próxima semana tras la aprobación de los congresos estatales.

El diputado de Morena y coordinador en San Lázaro, Ricardo Monreal, declaró este viernes que los congresos locales ratificarán las modificaciones a la reforma judicial y a la ley electoral en uno o dos días.

Monreal explicó que la Comisión Permanente del Congreso realizará la declaratoria de constitucionalidad el lunes próximo, ya que las cámaras no sesionarán la siguiente semana.

Las reformas, que modifican diez artículos constitucionales y establecen la nulidad de elecciones por injerencia extranjera, se publicarán en el Diario Oficial de la Federación para entrar en vigor al día siguiente.

El legislador señaló que la reforma judicial es la segunda que enfrenta al Poder Judicial tras los comicios de junio de 2025.
