Reforma de monreal para anular elecciones avanza en comisión de san lázaro

La Comisión de Puntos Constitucionales aprobó una iniciativa que añade la injerencia extranjera como causal de nulidad electoral y aplaza la elección judicial hasta 2028.

La reforma impulsada por Ricardo Monreal fue aprobada con 28 votos a favor y 9 en contra. Fue turnada al pleno de la Cámara de Diputados para su discusión.

Diputados de oposición criticaron la ambigüedad del término injerencia extranjera. Nadia Navarro Acevedo del PRI dijo que informes o declaraciones podrían usarse como pretexto para nulidad.

El bloque mayoritario defendió la medida para proteger los procesos electorales. Ricardo Astudillo del PVEM señaló que el destino de México no debe decidirse fuera del país.

La iniciativa modifica el artículo 41 de la Constitución. También se aprobó por 29 votos a favor posponer la elección del Poder Judicial de 2027 a 2028.
