Harga minyak goreng dan daging sapi naik di Indonesia

Bank Indonesia melalui Pusat Informasi Harga Pangan Strategis Nasional melaporkan kenaikan harga minyak goreng curah sebesar Rp50 per liter menjadi Rp19.100 per liter. Harga daging sapi kualitas I juga naik Rp100 per kg menjadi Rp144.500 per kg, sementara kualitas II naik Rp250 per kg menjadi Rp136.850 per kg. Sementara itu, minyak goreng kemasan bermerek I dijual Rp22.950 per liter dan bermerek II Rp22.100 per liter.

Untuk daging sapi, kualitas I mencapai Rp144.500 per kg dengan kenaikan Rp100 per kg, sedangkan kualitas II Rp136.850 per kg naik Rp250 per kg. Harga daging ayam ras stabil di Rp37.900 per kg. Bawang merah Rp47.650 per kg, cabai rawit merah Rp68.550 per kg, dan bawang putih Rp43.600 per kg.

Harga beras juga bervariasi: kualitas bawah I Rp14.600 per kg, bawah II Rp14.500 per kg, medium I Rp15.750 per kg, medium II Rp15.850 per kg, super I Rp17.150 per kg, dan super II Rp16.900 per kg. Cabai merah besar Rp40.200 per kg, cabai merah keriting Rp40.350 per kg, serta cabai rawit hijau Rp37.850 per kg.

Komoditas lainnya termasuk gula pasir premium Rp22.000 per kg, gula pasir lokal Rp19.200 per kg, dan telur ayam ras Rp33.900 per kg. Data ini diambil dari pemantauan nasional untuk memantau stabilitas harga pangan di tengah musim Ramadhan yang mendekat. BI menekankan pentingnya pengawasan untuk menjaga ketersediaan dan harga terjangkau bagi masyarakat.
