The outlet’s interviews included a Washington, D.C., waitress who initially attributed her refund change to other factors before reacting to the tip-tax break when it was described to her.

A new beach-themed bar and restaurant, Downtown Beach Bar and Grill, is scheduled to open on March 14 at 918 Gervais Street in Columbia's Vista neighborhood.
