中国生態環境部は木曜日、新たな中央環境査察を7つの省級行政区を対象に1か月間実施すると発表した。
今回の査察は、第3次査察の第6陣となる。対象は遼寧省、吉林省、黒竜江省、広東省の4省、広西チワン族自治区、チベット自治区、新疆ウイグル自治区の3自治区、および新疆生産建設兵団である。
この活動は、中国共産党中央委員会と国務院の承認を得て、中央生態環境保護査察に関する既存の規定に基づいて実施される。
査察チームは通常、閣僚級の幹部が率い、副首相が主導する中央指導グループに報告を行う。例えば、遼寧省チームは蔡名照氏がチームリーダーを務め、許必久生態環境部副部長が副リーダーを務める。
各チームは、生態環境問題に関する国民からの通報を受け付けるため、専用のホットラインと郵便私書箱を設置する予定である。
