SKハイニックスは6月24日、規制当局への提出書類において、新株を1株あたり255万ウォンで発行し、7月29日に上場すると発表した。ADRは1株あたり25万5500ウォンで価格設定され、7月10日にナスダックへ上場する予定である。最終的な発行規模はブックビルディングを経て決定される。調達した資金は、韓国国内における新しい半導体工場の建設や先端パッケージング工場の建設、および極端紫外線（EUV）露光装置を含む設備購入に充てられる。同社は、人工知能（AI）分野への注力に伴い、グローバル投資家へのアクセスを改善するため、3月に米国上場計画を発表していた。同日のソウル株式市場における同社株の終値は0.98％高の258万ウォンだった。
