Swap Commerce launches first agentic storefront for brands

Swap Commerce has unveiled the world's first agentic storefront, an AI-powered shopping platform that combines scrolling discovery with conversational interactions. The announcement came during the Vogue Business Global Summit at the Château de Chantilly. Over 20 brands are partnering on the launch, including Simkhai, Retrofit, Studio Nicholson, and Manors Golf.

The new storefront offers two main experiences for users. In discovery mode, shoppers scroll through product feeds similar to social media platforms. On the conversation side, they can speak or type directly with an AI agent to find specific items for occasions like trips or everyday basics, mimicking in-store assistance from a brand representative.
