Swap Commerce lanza la primera tienda con agentes inteligentes para marcas

Swap Commerce ha presentado la primera tienda con agentes inteligentes del mundo, una plataforma de compras impulsada por IA que combina la navegación basada en scroll con interacciones conversacionales. El anuncio tuvo lugar durante la Vogue Business Global Summit en el Château de Chantilly. Más de 20 marcas colaboran en el lanzamiento, entre ellas Simkhai, Retrofit, Studio Nicholson y Manors Golf.

La nueva tienda ofrece dos experiencias principales a los usuarios. En el modo de descubrimiento, los compradores navegan por feeds de productos de forma similar a como lo harían en redes sociales. Por otro lado, en la parte de conversación, pueden hablar o escribir directamente con un agente de IA para encontrar artículos específicos para ocasiones como viajes o prendas básicas de diario, emulando la asistencia en tienda de un representante de la marca.

Egypt has inaugurated the Middle East and North Africa’s largest quick-commerce fulfilment centre, developed by Talabat Egypt in the Yanmu East logistics complex on the Cairo-Suez Road.
