Swap Commerce lance la première boutique en ligne agentique pour les marques

Swap Commerce a dévoilé la première boutique en ligne agentique au monde, une plateforme d'achat propulsée par l'IA qui combine la découverte par défilement et les interactions conversationnelles. L'annonce a eu lieu lors du Vogue Business Global Summit au Château de Chantilly. Plus de 20 marques participent au lancement, notamment Simkhai, Retrofit, Studio Nicholson et Manors Golf.

La nouvelle boutique propose deux expériences principales aux utilisateurs. En mode découverte, les acheteurs font défiler des flux de produits de manière similaire aux plateformes de réseaux sociaux. Côté conversation, ils peuvent parler ou écrire directement à un agent IA pour trouver des articles spécifiques pour des occasions comme des voyages ou des essentiels du quotidien, imitant ainsi l'assistance en magasin d'un représentant de la marque.

Egypt has inaugurated the Middle East and North Africa’s largest quick-commerce fulfilment centre, developed by Talabat Egypt in the Yanmu East logistics complex on the Cairo-Suez Road.
