Swap Commerce lanserar den första agentbaserade butiken för varumärken

Swap Commerce har presenterat världens första agentbaserade butik, en AI-driven shoppingplattform som kombinerar scrollbaserad upptäckt med konversationella interaktioner. Tillkännagivandet gjordes under Vogue Business Global Summit på Château de Chantilly. Över 20 varumärken samarbetar vid lanseringen, däribland Simkhai, Retrofit, Studio Nicholson och Manors Golf.

Den nya butiken erbjuder två huvudsakliga upplevelser för användarna. I upptäcktsläget scrollar kunderna genom produktflöden som liknar de på sociala medier. På konversationssidan kan de tala eller skriva direkt till en AI-agent för att hitta specifika artiklar för tillfällen som resor eller vardagsplagg, vilket efterliknar den butiksassistans man får av en representant för ett varumärke.

Egypt has inaugurated the Middle East and North Africa’s largest quick-commerce fulfilment centre, developed by Talabat Egypt in the Yanmu East logistics complex on the Cairo-Suez Road.
