Protesto antifascista ofusca reunião neonazista no monumento de Sa Feixina

Cerca de 200 pessoas se reuniram no domingo em frente ao Consolat de Mar, em Palma, para rejeitar um encontro do Núcleo Nacional no monumento de Sa Feixina, da época de Franco, que atraiu cerca de 20 participantes.

A manifestação, organizada pela Coordinadora Antifeixista de Mallorca, transcorreu pacificamente sob vigilância policial. Os participantes carregavam bandeiras republicanas e palestinas e entoavam slogans como “Fora feixistes dels nostres barris” e “Mallorca serà la tomba del feixisme”.

Políticos do MÉS e do Unidas Podemos, incluindo Vicenç Vidal e Lucía Muñoz, juntaram-se ao protesto. Os organizadores acusaram o PP e o Vox de revogarem leis de memória democrática e de concederem proteção patrimonial ao monolito poucas horas após sua inclusão no censo estadual de elementos contrários à Memória Democrática.

O Núcleo Nacional realizou seu evento sob o lema “Glória aos Heróis” para defender o monumento, inaugurado por Franco e dedicado ao cruzador Baleares, que participou do bombardeio a civis durante o episódio conhecido como La Desbandá. Um porta-voz leu um manifesto exaltando valores de honra e disciplina.
