Many customers are unhappy. Negative reviews have poured in on the Ekströms website, with requests to return to the old recipe.
Enström has acknowledged the criticism. She writes that Jacky is a classic dessert many have a relationship with since childhood. Orkla Foods Sverige customer service has received 15 comments about the change.
