Superintendente financeiro pede maior produtividade e investimento

César Ferrari, superintendente financeiro da Colômbia, discursou no fórum LR Economía verde más sostenible más rentable para destacar a necessidade de mudar o modelo de crescimento econômico do país.

Ferrari afirmou que, para crescer a taxas mais elevadas, a produtividade e a taxa de investimento precisam aumentar. Ele demonstrou que a poupança nacional caiu de 18,6% do PIB em 2005 para 6,4% em 2025.

O superintendente observou que o indicador de poupança tem sido instável e perdeu peso na formação bruta de capital. Com um ICOR atual de 8,7, seria necessário investir cerca de 80% do PIB para atingir um crescimento de 10%.

Ferrari propôs a realização de investimentos sustentáveis por meio de práticas bancárias responsáveis. Ele recomendou que o setor privado integre critérios de natureza e biodiversidade nas análises de risco de projetos.
