Cristalli, da UEPC, expressou frustração quanto ao momento da decisão: "Hubiésemos esperado que dejen hacer las medidas y después convoquen". Ele insistiu que qualquer nova proposta salarial deve incluir "un aumento no inferior al 25% de recupero".

A medida visa promover o diálogo entre o governo provincial e os educadores em meio às tensões decorrentes da defasagem salarial.
