Milhares protestam contra a crise habitacional em Cádis, Málaga e Córdoba

Na sexta-feira, milhares de manifestantes foram às ruas em Cádis, Málaga e Córdoba para protestar contra os altos aluguéis e a precarização salarial na Andaluzia.

Em Cádis, cerca de 500 pessoas participaram da marcha convocada pelo Sindicato de Inquilinas às 12h. Eles partiram da Plaza de San Antonio e terminaram na Plaza de San Juan de Dios. María Sánchez, porta-voz do sindicato, afirmou que Cádis não é um paraíso para a especulação.

Em Málaga, mais de 4.500 pessoas, segundo a Polícia Nacional, marcharam da Plaza de la Merced às 11h30 sob o slogan “nem aluguéis nas alturas, nem salários na lama”. Lula Mir, do coletivo Málaga Para Vivir, declarou que a crise habitacional atingiu um limite e pediu avanços em direção a uma greve geral.

Dados oficiais mostram que os aluguéis na Andaluzia subiram 23,03% entre 2015 e 2024. O Ministério da Habitação informou que o preço médio atingiu 2.315 euros por metro quadrado no primeiro trimestre de 2026 em todo o país.
