Tropical Storm Caloy, international name Hagupit, remains over the Philippine Sea and is forecast to weaken into a tropical depression on Sunday.

The storm entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility on Saturday evening, May 9, and was last located 870 to 925 kilometers east of northeastern Mindanao. According to Pagasa, it is moving west-northwest at 15 to 20 kilometers per hour with maximum sustained winds of 65 km/h and gusts up to 80 km/h.
