የኢትዮጵያ ሠላም ለጎረቤት ሀገራት ሰላም ትልቅ ድርሻ እንዳለው ጠቅሰው የቀጣናውን ፖለቲካዊና ማህበራዊ ሁኔታ በመሠረታዊ መልኩ ማረጋጋት እንደሚቻል አስረድተዋል።
