ኮሚሽኑ በሌሎች አካባቢዎች ያሉ ታጣቂዎችን በምክክር ሂደት ለማካተት ጥረቱን እንደሚቀጥል አረጋግጧል። ተሳታፊዎች ምክክር የሐሳብ ልዩነቶችን የመፍቻ ብቸኛ መንገድ መሆኑን አጽንዖት ሰጥተዋል።
