أعلنت الحكومة المصرية عن خطط لإطلاق بطاقة سيم مخصصة للأطفال تحتوي على حزم إنترنت آمنة وقيود على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي بناءً على العمر قبل 30 يونيو 2026. قال المتحدث الرسمي للحكومة محمد الهمصاني إن هذه المبادرة جزء من إطار حكم للحماية الرقمية للأطفال. وأمر رئيس الوزراء مصطفى مدبولي بتسريع إعداد مشروع قانون لحماية الأطفال على الإنترنت.

أكد المتحدث الرسمي لمجلس الوزراء محمد الهمصاني أن بطاقة السيم للأطفال ستشمل حزم إنترنت آمنة وأدوات رقابة أبوية وقيود على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي حسب العمر. وهي جزء من إطار حكم مقترح يشمل آلية "رقابة إنترنت ثابت" بالتنسيق مع مشغلي الاتصالات لتصنيف المحتوى وتفعيل الرقابة عبر الأجهزة الداعمة لشبكات متعددة.

وجه رئيس الوزراء مصطفى مدبولي هيئة مستشاري مجلس الوزراء بإكمال مشروع القانون الخاص بحماية الأطفال على الإنترنت بسرعة لإحالته إلى الجهات المعنية. وأكد مدبولي تنفيذ توجيهات الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي لصياغة تشريعات عاجلة لمواجهة المخاطر الرقمية وضمان بيئة إنترنت آمنة وحماية القيم المجتمعية.

تشمل الإجراءات التنفيذية التعامل التشريعي والتنظيمي مع الرهانات عبر الإنترنت وعملات مزيفة تُوزع عبر ألعاب الفيديو والإدمان الرقمي. وقال الهمصاني إن حماية الشباب من هذه المخاطر مرتبطة مباشرة بالأمن القومي، مع التزام المنصات الرقمية بأدوات حماية مثل التحقق من العمر والرقابة الأبوية وتصنيف المحتوى، بالإضافة إلى تقارير دورية وآليات شكاوى وحملات توعية.

حضر الاجتماع وزراء الصحة والتضامن الاجتماعي والتربية والتعليم والإتصالات وغيرهم، إلى جانب رؤساء هيئات إعلامية وتنظيمية والاتصالات.
