Superservicios erzielt Einigung zur Rückerstattung von 8,7 Milliarden Pesos an Erdgaskunden

Die Superintendencia de Servicios Públicos hat mit Progasur eine Vereinbarung getroffen, um mehr als 2,6 Millionen Erdgaskunden in elf Departamentos 8,7 Milliarden Pesos zurückzuerstatten.

Die Vereinbarung verpflichtet Progasur dazu, den regulierten Rabattsatz von 10,94 % umgehend anzuwenden. Damit werden die seit 2023 erhobenen überhöhten Gebühren korrigiert. Die Rückerstattung deckt die aufgelaufenen Differenzen zwischen dem 1. Juli 2023 und dem 31. Mai 2026 ab. Die Beträge werden zwischen Juni und Dezember dieses Jahres über die Rechnungen gutgeschrieben. Die begünstigten Nutzer befinden sich in Antioquia, Boyacá, Caldas, Caquetá, Cauca, Cundinamarca, Huila, Nariño, Tolima, Valle del Cauca und Norte de Santander. Superservicios wird die Einhaltung der Maßnahmen überwachen.
