Cali aprueba 1,18 billones de pesos para inversión en 2026

El Concejo de Cali aprobó la incorporación de 1,18 billones de pesos al presupuesto distrital para la vigencia 2026. Los recursos se destinarán principalmente a seguridad, movilidad y vivienda.

La decisión se adoptó tras la presentación del Proyecto de Acuerdo 086 de 2026. Más de 1,075 billones corresponden a recursos nuevos y 105.000 millones a traslados presupuestales. El 84 % de los fondos se orientará a inversión pública.

La seguridad recibirá 228.749 millones de pesos para alumbrado público y prevención del delito. En movilidad se invertirán 123.591 millones en vías y el sistema MIO. La vivienda y servicios públicos contarán con más de 101.000 millones.

Vanessa López, subdirectora de Desarrollo Integral, señaló que los recursos permitirán fortalecer el Plan de Desarrollo ‘Cali Capital Pacífica de Colombia’. También se asignaron fondos para salud, educación y programas sociales.
