Grupo Energía de Bogotá (GEB) y el inversionista canadiense La Caisse firmaron un acuerdo para crear una plataforma conjunta de transmisión de energía en Brasil. La operación consolidará activos que posicionarán a la nueva entidad entre las cinco principales compañías del sector en ese país.
