El Gobierno aportará al menos 670 millones para evitar déficit en el sistema eléctrico

El Ministerio para la Transición Ecológica aprobará dos créditos extraordinarios por 220 y 450 millones de euros para compensar la bajada del 80% en peajes a la industria electrointensiva y la suspensión del 7% del IVPEE en 2026. Estas medidas forman parte del Real Decreto Ley aprobado por el Consejo de Ministros el viernes, publicado este sábado en el BOE y en vigor desde el domingo.

El Gobierno español ha aprobado un Real Decreto Ley como parte del Plan Integral de Respuesta a la Crisis en Oriente Medio, que incluye compensaciones para el sistema eléctrico. El Ministerio para la Transición Ecológica, dirigido por Sara Aagesen, liberará un crédito extraordinario de 220 millones de euros para cubrir el coste de la rebaja del 80% en los peajes de acceso a la gran industria electrointensiva hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2026. La Comisión Nacional de los Mercados y la Competencia (CNMC) deberá tenerlo en cuenta al liquidar las cuentas del sistema, ya que los peajes forman parte de la parte fija de la factura de la luz, junto a los cargos.
