Fiscalía declara desierto concurso para director de academia del Ministerio Público

El fiscal nacional Ángel Valencia resolvió declarar desierto el concurso para elegir al primer director de la Unidad de Formación, Perfeccionamiento y Capacitación del Ministerio Público.

Tras recibir postulaciones y evaluar las propuestas, Valencia determinó que ninguno de los candidatos cumplía con los requisitos establecidos para el cargo de confianza.

La nueva unidad surge de los cambios introducidos por la ley de fortalecimiento institucional. Raúl Guzmán, exfiscal y exsecretario del Senado, figuraba entre los aspirantes.

Guzmán quedó fuera del proceso, al igual que ocurrió con su postulación para la secretaría del Senado, donde fue ratificado Luis Rojas.
