Samjin Foods abre su primera cafetería de pasteles de pescado en China

La empresa Samjin Foods, con sede en Busan, ha inaugurado su primera cafetería de pasteles de pescado en China, ubicada en Changsha, provincia de Hunan. El establecimiento atrajo a una gran multitud durante un evento de preapertura el 16 de abril.

Samjin Foods abrió la tienda dentro del centro comercial Taskin Mall, en el complejo Desiqin City Plaza del distrito de Yuhua, en Changsha. Esta zona comercial registra un tráfico diario promedio de 60,000 personas y atrae a muchos visitantes de entre 20 y 30 años.

La cafetería de dos plantas incluye una gran pantalla multimedia que muestra la costa de Busan y ofrece productos adaptados al gusto local, como croquetas de ternera con cinco especias y croquetas de langosta al estilo mala. Durante la preapertura del 16 de abril, más de 600 personas visitaron el local y el 82 por ciento realizó una compra.

La empresa también ha introducido sus productos en la plataforma minorista Freshippo y participa esta semana en la feria SIAL Shanghái 2026. Además, continúa su expansión en Taiwán mediante tiendas temporales.

“La primera tienda de Samjin en China servirá como un hito importante para difundir la cultura de las cafeterías de pasteles de pescado de Corea y el simbolismo de Busan en la industria alimentaria dentro del mercado chino”, señaló un representante de Samjin.
