AB Mauri Brasil fait l'acquisition du réseau Casa de Bolos

AB Mauri Brasil a signé un accord pour racheter le réseau de franchise Casa de Bolos. L'opération nécessite encore des approbations réglementaires. Le montant de la transaction n'a pas été divulgué.

AB Mauri Brasil, filiale d'Associated British Food et propriétaire des marques Fleischmann et Ovomaltine, a annoncé l'accord ce vendredi (22). Casa de Bolos exploite plus de 600 magasins dans 20 États brésiliens et prévoit un chiffre d'affaires de 800 millions de réaux en 2026.

Une fois l'opération finalisée, le réseau continuera d'opérer en tant qu'unité commerciale indépendante. Les fondateurs resteront au sein de l'entreprise et Sônia Ramos, âgée de 80 ans, continuera de superviser le développement des recettes.

Danilo Nogueira, directeur général d'AB Mauri Brasil, a déclaré que le groupe soutiendrait la croissance continue de la franchise. Fabricio Ramos, l'un des fondateurs de Casa de Bolos, a souligné que ce moment marque un nouveau chapitre pour la marque.
