A AB Mauri Brasil assinou acordo para comprar a rede de franquias Casa de Bolos. A transação ainda depende de aprovações regulatórias. O valor do negócio não foi divulgado.

A AB Mauri Brasil, subsidiária da Associated British Food e dona das marcas Fleischmann e Ovomaltine, anunciou o acordo na sexta-feira (22). A Casa de Bolos opera mais de 600 lojas em 20 estados do Brasil e projeta faturamento de R$ 800 milhões em 2026.

Após a conclusão, a rede seguirá como unidade de negócios independente. Os fundadores continuarão na empresa, e Sônia Ramos, de 80 anos, permanece responsável pelo desenvolvimento de receitas.

Danilo Nogueira, diretor-geral da AB Mauri Brasil, afirmou que o grupo apoiará o crescimento contínuo da franquia. Fabricio Ramos, um dos fundadores da Casa de Bolos, destacou que o momento marca um novo capítulo para a marca.
