Whirlpool anuncia novo diretor-geral no Brasil em reorganização

A Whirlpool Corporation anunciou mudanças na liderança da América Latina. Carlos Barbery assume como diretor-geral no Brasil, sucedendo Gustavo Ambar.

A empresa, dona das marcas Brastemp, Consul e KitchenAid, comunicou as alterações com o objetivo de acelerar a integração regional e melhorar a agilidade operacional. Barbery acumula 19 anos na companhia e já comandou operações em vários países da região, além de projetos globais nas áreas de finanças e marketing.

Na mesma reestruturação, Jorge Giordan assume o posto de vice-presidente de Engenharia e Marketing de Produto para a América Latina. Mercedes Esclusa foi nomeada gerente geral da América Latina Norte e Sul, atuando em conjunto com Barbery para alinhar as operações e impulsionar o crescimento na região.
