AB Mauri Brasil adquiere la red Casa de Bolos

AB Mauri Brasil firmó un acuerdo para comprar la red de franquicias Casa de Bolos. El acuerdo aún requiere aprobaciones regulatorias. El valor de la transacción no fue revelado.

AB Mauri Brasil, una filial de Associated British Food y propietaria de las marcas Fleischmann y Ovomaltine, anunció el acuerdo el viernes (22). Casa de Bolos opera más de 600 tiendas en 20 estados brasileños y proyecta unos ingresos de 800 millones de reales en 2026.

Tras su finalización, la red continuará como una unidad de negocio independiente. Los fundadores permanecerán en la empresa y Sônia Ramos, de 80 años, seguirá supervisando el desarrollo de las recetas.

Danilo Nogueira, director general de AB Mauri Brasil, afirmó que el grupo apoyará el crecimiento continuo de la franquicia. Fabricio Ramos, uno de los fundadores de Casa de Bolos, señaló que este momento marca un nuevo capítulo para la marca.
