Les employés de Double Fine votent pour se syndiquer avec la CWA

Les employés de Double Fine Productions ont voté en faveur de la création d'un syndicat affilié à la Communications Workers of America (CWA). Ces 42 travailleurs à temps plein et à temps partiel emboîtent le pas à des initiatives de syndicalisation similaires menées dans d'autres studios de Microsoft.

Double Fine, le studio à l'origine de la série Psychonauts, a déposé une demande de syndicalisation à la fin de la semaine dernière. Le 7 mai, les employés ont annoncé leur décision de rejoindre la CWA afin de préserver les engagements pris en matière d'excellence créative, de diversité, d'inclusion et de qualité de vie au travail, a déclaré le syndicat à Aftermath. Cette démarche fait suite à la pétition déposée par le studio auprès du National Labor Relations Board en vue d'organiser une élection et d'obtenir une reconnaissance volontaire.
