Un actionnaire poursuit la direction de Key Housing Finance Solutions

Un ancien directeur général adjoint, détenant une participation de 20 %, a intenté un procès contre le directeur général et le président du conseil d'administration de Key Housing Finance Solutions PLC devant le tribunal fédéral de première instance.

Girum Yilma, qui occupe également le poste de directeur général d'Abbay TV, a engagé cette action en justice auprès de la chambre commerciale et d'investissement. Il était le visage public de l'entreprise lors de sa phase d'expansion et a utilisé son profil médiatique pour renforcer la confiance des souscripteurs dans ce modèle de financement du logement.

L'entreprise s'était fixé pour objectif initial de construire 100 000 logements sur 10 ans. Ce conflit interne marque une rupture avec cet objectif et pourrait affecter la confiance du public restant envers la société.

Les actionnaires et les cadres supérieurs de Key Housing Finance Solutions PLC sont désormais en conflit, selon le rapport publié le 27 juin 2026.
