Pemerintah Indonesia membatasi kenaikan harga tiket pesawat domestik antara 9 hingga 13 persen akibat naiknya harga avtur. Kebijakan ini melalui fasilitas PPN Ditanggung Pemerintah untuk tiket kelas ekonomi. Langkah tersebut berlaku selama 60 hari untuk lindungi daya beli masyarakat.

Jakarta – Pemerintah merespons kenaikan harga avtur dengan menahan lonjakan tarif penerbangan domestik. Juru Bicara Kementerian Koordinator Bidang Perekonomian Haryo Limanseto menyatakan, "Pemerintah terus berupaya melindungi masyarakat dari dampak kenaikan harga energi global, termasuk lonjakan harga bahan bakar pesawat atau avtur yang mendorong kenaikan harga tiket."

Melalui Peraturan Menteri Keuangan Nomor 24 Tahun 2026, pemerintah memberikan fasilitas Pajak Pertambahan Nilai (PPN) Ditanggung Pemerintah (DTP) untuk tiket pesawat kelas ekonomi domestik. PPN atas tarif dasar dan fuel surcharge ditanggung negara, sehingga harga tiket yang dibayar penumpang lebih rendah meski biaya operasional maskapai naik. Haryo menjelaskan, "Melalui kebijakan ini, PPN atas tarif dasar dan fuel surcharge ditanggung oleh pemerintah, sehingga beban harga tiket yang dibayar masyarakat dapat ditekan."

Fasilitas ini berlaku selama 60 hari sejak diundangkan dan tidak mencakup kelas non-ekonomi. Sebelumnya, pemerintah menaikkan fuel surcharge hingga 38 persen melalui Keputusan Menteri Perhubungan Nomor 83 Tahun 2026 untuk pesawat jet dan propeler. Komponen bahan bakar menyumbang sekitar 40 persen dari total biaya operasional maskapai.

Kebijakan ini bertujuan menjaga keberlangsungan industri penerbangan sambil memastikan akses transportasi udara terjangkau bagi masyarakat.
