Bareskrim Polri ungkap modus 672 tersangka BBM-LPG ilegal

Badan Reserse Kriminal Polri mengungkap berbagai modus yang digunakan 672 tersangka dalam kasus penyalahgunaan BBM dan LPG subsidi sepanjang 2025-2026 di Indonesia. Brigjen Pol Moh. Irhamni dari Dittipidter Bareskrim menjelaskan operasi tersebut pada 7 April 2026. Pelaku diancam hukuman hingga 6 tahun penjara dan denda Rp60 miliar.

Brigjen Pol Moh. Irhamni mengungkapkan modus utama pelaku penyalahgunaan BBM solar subsidi. Pertama, pelaku membeli solar subsidi secara berulang dari berbagai SPBU, menimbunnya di pangkalan, lalu menjual kembali dengan harga lebih tinggi untuk keperluan industri.

Modus kedua melibatkan modifikasi tangki truk agar kapasitas lebih besar. Pelaku membeli BBM subsidi menggunakan truk tersebut, menyimpannya, dan menjualnya sebagai solar non-subsidi. Selain itu, mereka menggunakan pelat nomor palsu untuk mengganti barcode dan menghindari pengawasan Pertamina, serta bekerja sama dengan oknum petugas SPBU demi kuota lebih besar.

Untuk LPG subsidi, pelaku memindahkan isi tabung 3 kg ke tabung 12 kg atau 50 kg, kemudian menjualnya sebagai LPG non-subsidi dengan harga menggiurkan.

Irhamni menyatakan pelaku akan dijerat Pasal 55 UU No. 22 Tahun 2001 tentang Minyak dan Gas Bumi, dengan ancaman maksimal 6 tahun penjara dan denda Rp60 miliar. Penyidik juga akan terapkan pasal TPPU untuk menyusul aset hasil kejahatan, termasuk di perbankan.
