Polisi tahan dua mantan pegawai Kementan atas dugaan korupsi

Polda Metro Jaya menahan dua mantan pegawai Kementerian Pertanian yang diduga terlibat korupsi dana perjalanan dinas senilai Rp5,94 miliar. Penangkapan dilakukan di Sumatera Selatan pada 9 dan 10 Maret 2026. Kasus ini berawal dari pengaduan Kementan disertai audit BPKP.

Polda Metro Jaya telah menahan dua mantan pegawai Kementerian Pertanian (Kementan) yang ditetapkan sebagai tersangka dalam kasus dugaan korupsi dana surat perjalanan dinas. Kerugian negara diperkirakan mencapai Rp5,94 miliar berdasarkan audit Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP) DKI Jakarta.

Kepala Bidang Hubungan Masyarakat Polda Metro Jaya, Komisaris Besar Polisi Budi Hermanto, mengonfirmasi bahwa tersangka berinisial IM dan DS diamankan di wilayah Kecamatan Tanjung Raja, Kabupaten Ogan Ilir, Sumatera Selatan. "Benar bahwa terhadap tersangka IM dan tersangka DS itu diamankan di wilayah Kecamatan Tanjung Raja, Kabupaten Ogan Ilir, Sumatera Selatan," ujar Budi Hermanto pada Rabu, 11 Maret 2026.

Tersangka IM ditangkap pada Senin, 9 Maret 2026, sementara DS pada Selasa, 10 Maret 2026. Keduanya kini menempati sel tahanan di Polda Metro Jaya. Kasus ini bermula dari pengaduan resmi Kementan kepada Polda Metro Jaya, disertai hasil audit BPKP yang awalnya menyebut kerugian Rp9 miliar terkait surat perjalanan dinas.

Setelah pendalaman, pemeriksaan saksi, barang bukti, dan audit lanjutan, penyidik menetapkan kerugian sebesar Rp5,94 miliar. Budi Hermanto menegaskan bahwa seluruh proses hukum dilakukan berdasarkan audit resmi dan tidak ada praktik pemerasan oleh penyidik. Dugaan korupsi ini terjadi dalam periode 2020 hingga 2024, dan penyidikan masih berlanjut.

"Saat ini, sudah ada dua orang tersangka, yaitu Saudari IM dan Saudara DS. Peristiwa ini terjadi dalam kurun waktu 2020 sampai 2024 dan proses penyidikannya masih berjalan," tambah Budi.
