新しい規制は水曜日から2027年12月31日まで適用される。15億ウォン以下の住宅に対して、6億ウォンを上限とする住宅ローン規制が適用される。購入者は対象地域に少なくとも2年以上居住しなければならず、チョンセ保証金を利用して住宅を購入することは禁止される。
